Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Health Care. Full time or part-time.
The Black and White Group are a small but successful Healthcare Recruitment Company based in Highnam, Gloucester that specialise in supplying temporary and permanent staff within the Private care sector.
Due to expansion in this buoyant industry, we are looking take on an enthusiastic sales orientated person who wants to develop a career as opposed to just having a job.
The successful candidate will have full support and mentoring from of our Managing Director, working closely together to grow and develop the business taking us to the next level.
The Requirements/personal spec
- Good communicator at all levels, confident at building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- A self-starter who can remain motivated.
- Organised and disciplined.
- Willing to go a step further to achieve your goals.
- The ability to take your own initiative.
- A Degree or sales experience e.g., Sales Experience ideal (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
- Financially motivated
- Sociable and outgoing personality
- Someone with a can-do attitude
Base salary of £22,500 PLUS commission/bonus.
Work based pension.
Industry based and hands-on training and development.
