Job Overview

Support Worker (challenging) Grade 1 £14 per hour / Grade 2 £14.75.

Hours 8am to 8pm (24, 36 and 42 hour contracts available, with the option of overtime).

The Black & White Group are a leading care provider who specialise in the support of individuals with learning difficulties/challenging behaviour.We currently have 4 full-time positions available for staff with experience of PBM/PBS/PMVA Challenging behaviour – 2 x Grade 1 (support worker) and 2 x Grade 2 (lead support worker).

We are a specialist Supported Living provider of 24-hour support and rehabilitation for vulnerable adults with mental health issues. This may include forensic mental health, personality disorder, mild learning disabilities, acquired brain injury and associated challenging behaviours for clients aged 18 and over.

We are looking to recruit people that:

• Have a genuine interest in helping others.

• Be able to demonstrate interpersonal skills.

• Will have a willingness to learn.

• Be able to work shifts of 12 hours that will include evenings, weekends, bank holidays and waking nights.
