Gloucestershire County Council are asking local people to take part in a transport survey that could help shape the future of transport in Gloucestershire.
As many carers use public transport as a way to get to work, having a say could really make a difference to travelling in Gloucestershire in the future.
This from exerpt is from an article from GCC website.

Better connections for Gloucestershire
Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is preparing an updated Local Transport Plan (LTP). This Plan will guide how transport is planned, managed and improved across the county over the next 15 years and beyond.
Gloucestershire includes a city, market towns and rural communities. Travel needs vary depending on where people live, the services available locally, and the transport options they can access. A safe, reliable and accessible transport network is essential to supporting Gloucestershire’s communities, economy and environment.
Where are we now?
We are at an early stage of updating the LTP and we want to know what you think. Completing this survey will help us to understand your experiences of the transport network today, the challenges you face when travelling, and your priorities for the future.
