DEPUTY NURSING HOME MANAGER

LOCATION – SWINDON, WILTSHIRE

SALARY £35,000 PER ANNUM

HOURS 37 HOURS OVER 7 DAY PERIOD

Overall Responsibilities

The Black & White Group are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager, to help run a Nursing Home set in a rural area with beautiful surroundings.

As Deputy Manager you will be supporting the Registered Nursing Services Manager in overseeing all care, administrative and financial functions taking place at the Nursing Home.

To assume full responsibility for the care, safety, security and management of all residents and staff in the absence of the Registered Nursing Services Manager.

Direct management responsibility for the Qualified Nursing Team.

All activities, including updating and maintaining data base systems and any agreed actions all operate in accordance with

*NMC code of practice *CQC standards *Mental Capacity Act *Safeguarding *Policies and Procedures * Health & Safety Legislation.

Support the Nurses with student nurses during their practice placements

As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will be working in a “Home from Home” environment, with a friendly and competent team.

Ensuring best practice care is offered to all the residents.
